What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
This book is a fictional perspective of events entirely inspired by real life and actual circumstances, a “what if” sliding doors version of reality illustrating how small and seemingly inconsequential facets in all our lives can have epic repercussions, for better or worse, or both.
The genesis of this story is actuality, it is also a subtle homage to Andre Dumas’ “The Count of Monte Cristo”, a classic tale whose central themes may touch us all and will always echo through eternity.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
Most of the characters in this book are modeled upon real life personas, they have each been dramatized and exaggerated to correlate to my dream or nightmare version in order to correlate to the plot and the evolving plot.
Physical appearance, status and role has been prescribed by the real life events which incepted the story, their names are in some cases drawn from Dumas' original.

When the Feds showed up and most of his men were captured or killed, Jonah was all alone. A wounded animal being hunted by every man and woman in the city with a badge. He knew, despite his arrogance and delusion, he’d be caught eventually. His only hope was leniency at sentencing.
