Beth Lynn is a teen author, born and raised in sunny South Florida. She has been writing stories and sharing them with her family since she was six years old! Her favorite book genres are fantasy, scifi, and romance.
What inspires you to write?
My characters and their story inspires me to write. I feel like I am the only one who can speak for them.
Tell us about your writing process.
I usually don't write outlines. I have the story mapped out in my head and I just write. My main goal is getting words on the page. I don't worry about grammar or plot holes. Once my first rough draft is finished, I go back and edit.
Who are your favorite authors?
JK Rowling, Stephanie Myers, and PC Cast.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
I did a lot of research and decided that self publishing was the fastest, cheapest and easy route. Createspace is a dream come true for me. It allows me to publish my books exactly as I wrote them.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
I think more people will go with self publishing because it so easy and efficient.
