Author Bio:
Hello everyone, I’ve always dreamed of writing my own book one day, but that initial idealistic notion eluded me for many years until self-publishing became a reality in the recent years, and it’s hard to describe in words how that touches me to some extent. It’s not just about fame and money only, though to be honest, earning some allowances act as an incentive for me to keep on writing educational books to help others who need to learn more about the psyche of the opposite gender and know the right techniques to handle them so that relationships do not turn out awry.
However, I do have a secret wish : To build a reader base that enjoys reading what I’ve written so far and helps to spread the positive knowledge without impacting on my copyrights.
And it would be nice if readers would at least make the effort to leave some comments on my book so that I know someone did read it after all.
Up to date, I’m happy to say that I’ve completed a couple of books in the Love Matters series of dating guides, namely – “Go Getter Guy Secrets To Successful Dates,” “Get Him To Propose In 80 Days” and “Red Flag : Is Distrust Tearing Your Marriage Apart?”
What inspires you to write?
I was inspired to write because I wanted to share my insights on what dating is all about for men and women. In a way, I wanted everyone to have an easier path in the area of love, as it is now a constant struggle to maintain the romantic sparks between couples.
My latest book – “Red Flag : Is Distrust Tearing Your Marriage Apart” discusses how jealousy is defined and probes on the destructive effects of letting irrational jealousy take over and wreck the good relations you have built up with your spouse across the years. What I really wanted to write about was also the kind of secrets men and women tend to keep from one another – something which is at the very heart of what women really want to know – of course, men will try not to reveal too much at times, simply to avoid straining the ties. Then, on the other hand, there is indeed a need for women to arm themselves with some prerequisite information about their spouses, in order to restore trust and save their marriage from falling apart.
Tell us about your writing process.
I usually will create a mind map of subtopics that are pertinent to readers before crafting out the details. I only use MS Word which is good enough for me. After all, I am writing nonfiction books.
Who are your favorite authors?
I love reading self improvement books and historical romances. Especially dating books and romantic reads can keep me up all night if I am in a hurry to complete the readings.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
I happened to meet a fellow author friend who had self published a book. And it suddenly occurred to me that i could give it a try too, as I had always dreamed of being an author at a tender age. You can say it is part of a self actualization process for me.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
I am not quite sure how well most authors would fare because every author seems to have to crack their heads to game the system of self publishing. It will probably remain dominated by players who know the publishing game well. The sad part is that the focus is more on marketing, rather than the real content within the books.

Relationship
