Sherrie Laryse is an Australian teacher and mentor with 12+ years working in human behaviour, neuro linguistics, grief, trauma, psychosomatics, mental illness, yoga and meditation. Her fascination with the human psyche also has her completing a degree in Cognitive and Brain Science.

Sherrie’s focus is teaching emotional intelligence and how to overcome challenge. She does this through private consultation, yoga, and guided Yoga Nidra meditations. Having witnessed profound transformation and personal growth in her consultation clients, Sherrie aims to share practical methods of self-help through meditation, emotional intelligence techniques and through the power of story — the first story being her memoir, “On Path”.
