Jim Serger Author Bio: I graduated from the University of Cincinnati and was a Delta Tau Delta Fraternity member. I served four years in the U.S. Navy, lived in Japan for four years, and served on board the USS Independence (CV-62). I backpacked throughout Asia numerous times, climbed Mt.
