Tanupriya Kalita is a well recognized and reputed singer turned poet at global digital platform. She was born on 12th October, 1988 in Bongaigaon District of Assam (India). She is daughter of Shri Subhash Kalita and Mamata Choudhary. She has graduated in arts and music. In addition to that she is post graduate in music and certified yoga trainer and computer diploma holder.
Her musical talent was once appreciated by Bharat Ratna (Highest Civilian Award of India) Dr. Bhupen Hazarika during a live musical concert, and also by british musician Steve Benham on a Radio Show broadcasted from Japan. In addition to that her name is included as famed singer in Doctoral thesis of North Bengal University and also in Biographical book.
