Victoria Laymond is an author, sex therapist and researcher.
She has a passion for bringing couples closer together and recharging their sexual intimacy.
Victoria currently offers self-help workshops to reduce stress and lose weight spicing up the couples’ sex life. Her first book has helped many couples reach new and sexually exciting heights in their relationships. Victoria loves roses and cats! 🌹
What inspires you to write?
I always read a lot in my life and now I need to express my emotions, imagination and a need to create something that can help other people.
Tell us about your writing process.
Usually, I write the first ideas on my smartphone or recording them on phone aswell. Then I write on my MacBook (Pages software) on a black page and then I develop my book, reading and reading more than one thousand times.
My advice is read, read and read again what you wrote. That's the best way to improve your work.
Who are your favorite authors?
Emily Nagoski, Charles Bukowski, Franz Kafka, Italo Calvino, Shakspeare.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
I'm a self-publisher and I decided to publish my first book as SP because I would like to be involved in the process from the first step.
I like to cure my own things, writing it, promote it, answering to my followers, talking with them.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
I think that there are a lot of very good writers, self-publishers but probably this micro-world need more specific websites that can select the best books and grow an expert audience to valorise the books that are very well written and are needed for the readers.
