Author Bio:
I am a married mother of two young men. When not writing, I like to do crafts, go for walks, and spend time with my family. I like the outdoors, especially rainbows and butterflies.
I enjoy reading classics, fantasy, and mystery novels. You can usually find me on a sunny day in the park with pen and a notebook.
What inspires you to write?
I am inspired by nature, songs, fellow authors and art.
I am inspired by quotes, and sayings.
It's fun to take famous sayings and put my own spin on them.
Tell us about your writing process.
I am old school in my writing. I hand write everything first. For my novels, I start with an outline. Index cards work Great! For my poetry it's more free style. Then I go back and rewrite or tighten it up later.
I had sketches of my characters done after I created them. How fun to see how fellow artist picture them.

My characters talk to me lol.

How did you decide how to publish your books?
I self published because it was a dream I had to get my work out there.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
I think more and more self published authors (hopefully me) will become mainstream.
I think books and poetry will become more of our culture as much as movies or tv.
