I have been gardening for more than 50 years. I have served on the boards of Seattle Rose Society and Northwest Perennial Alliance. I have 5 titles published on Kindle.
What inspires you to write?
I love sharing information and the benefit of my experiences.
Tell us about your writing process.
I am an outliner, and I use Scrivener. I developed a list of questions and began searching for experts. I was surprised at how cooperative these “famous” pros were. Without them, no book.
For Fiction Writers: Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
I try to visualize them on the screen in my brain.

How did you decide how to publish your books?
Mainly, ego. Although there is a special joy in reading positive reviews. POD also is a thrill to hold a real copy of my work.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
Ebooks will continue to increase their share of published works! Thanks to Amazon the future for writers has never been brighter.
