Author Bio:
Hi! I am Chaitali Nath, a 17 and a half year old from India. I was born to two loving parents, Dr. Paras Nath and Dr. Anupam Nath Gupta. I have a younger brother, Shubham Nath.
I have been an avid reader since I remember, and being an author is a dream come true
What inspires you to write?
The fact that we see so much, yet overlook so much is something that makes me want to capture whatever I can in my words. I know a lot of people will probably overlook something beautiful, and if I can make them experience it through my words, I'll be happy.
Tell us about your writing process.
By the time I start writing, I just know very little. It grows like a tree, spreads its branches as characters develop. It's a very organic process, it happens on it's own.
For Fiction Writers: Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
Not really. I wear the skin of the character I'm writing about, be it the main character or the others.
Who are your favorite authors?
Roald Dahl was a particular favorite when I was a kid.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
The amount of time that I have.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
More author centric, I hope.
What genres do you write?
Poetry, Quotes, Musings, Short stories, Young Adult, Fiction
What formats are your books in?
eBook, Print
