Fit Cuisine is a cookbook designed to help the busy individual prepare nutritious, healthy and delicious meals in an extremely time efficient manner. I wanted to show the non cook that they can prepare meals with items in there pantry, that the whole family, would enjoy. The recipes are all created by my family and pasted to me…I have changed them to fit into the new dietay conditions that some face. They are easy one pot meals that can be recreated useing different proteins, vegetables and starches. I take the reader through a Fit Cuisine Tip is they need to change anything. It is almost like reading a story.

My clients include 1st time exercisers, working professionals, & everyday people seeking to live better lives through positive energy and proper exercise. I seek to improve my clients from a physical, nutritional, emotional & spiritual standpoint. My training and teachings are based on years of practical experience and the latest in scientific understanding.
I own and operate, New Jersey’s Best Exercise Studio with my husband. We manage a team of 9 Fitness Professionals all looking to help improve the well being of others through proper exercise.
